Easy to do things right

How much could your operation be improved by, to a greater extent, making it “easy to do things right”? Probably a whole lot in terms of both quality and time. Why not start by making an inventory, in a limited part of the operation, of where it is possible for people to make mistakes. It will probably give your team valuable fuel to your continuous improvement work.
