Forming an improvement project consists of finding the structure and sequence, and determining the pace of the project.
Based on an analysis of activities relating to products/processes, lead times, market position and willingness to change, a number of areas within the project are shaped. Using experience from similar situations, an assessment is made together with the customer as to the order and within what time limit the steps should be implemented. The plan also includes assessment, scheduling and securing resources to implement the project.
With a plan for improvements, it will be possible to easily follow each step and to take action immediately when deviations occur. This also helps the customer to ensure that changes are implemented and anchored.
