The Lean Project Game

The game provides understanding of how effective project flows can be created. The participants are able to experience what standardization, leveling and takt means in practice and also experience the effects it can bring to a project in terms of time, quality and cost. In this game the participants develop a product consisting of several sub systems and the flow is stepwise improved. Changes are made in small and controlled steps to make the effect of every performed change evident. The game rounds are mixed with theory sessions, discussions and practical exercises to improve understanding.
