An action plan challenges the entire organization, and in most cases there is a need to draw on external experience and knowledge to implement it successfully. What form this support will take varies from case to case. However, it is important to point out that the driving force behind any change must come through leadership. In some cases we would offer ongoing support through individual training sessions, while in other cases more continuous support is required.
