

Part Development is a firm that supports organizations within a number of different branches and types of enterprises in further developing their operations so that they achieve stronger competitiveness. At Part Development, we have many years of experience from operational development from both the private and public sectors, and from our own research.
The way we work has its basis in the manner of thinking and acting that is at the core of Lean. Problems and opportunities are approached based on a conviction that the foundation of an effective enterprise is laid by working with the details so as to influence the whole. An important aspect of what we can offer is that Part Development serves as support and it’s the clients who actually do the work. In this way their need for external support is kept down, while at the same time the knowledge of the improvements made remains and is further developed in the clients' organizations.
Part Development also conducts needs-adapted Lean courses. Our view on knowledge building is that the best way of learning is by doing. That is why as much as possible, our courses include practical exercises when our clients have the opportunity to train in their own organizations.
To make training more effective, Part Development develops various types of organizational development games. As an aspect of knowledge building, Part Development has also written two books.
