Standardizing ways of working

Standardizing is about reaching an agreement that everyone involved will follow on the best currently known way of doing something. Where ways of working are standardized, the same task will always be performed in exactly the same way, regardless of who carries out the task. This has a huge impact not only on quality, but also on efficiency.
